★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service. The room was ok. But the service is worst. They never give us the access card to enter or out from the apartment. We waited around 1 hour to get out of the apartment for the person in charge to open it. Please dont go by agent..or book online. Go direct n book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked at agoda. When i arrived, i call the agent and he said that the room are full. Very bad services. The agent also dont want to refund my money back. For those who want to stay at this hotel, please find other hotel. Not worth for your time and money. I want to take a law action for that agent for being cheat. Stupid agent ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I already paid for 2 night at booking.com on 6-8 May 2022. When i arrived, i told with customer service and he said the room are full. He don't recieved email on my booking. But at the same time he offered me another room with another agent and i need paid for that room. Very bad services. He also dont want to refund my money back. At the same day, I go to get police report, i want to take a law action for that case because being cheat.
