★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home sweaty home. Gym could get a little upgrade. And what's up with the ever-under-repair lifts? Isn't it supposed to be new since 2019? But still, 4 and a quarter stars overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the condo is a great guy he makes you fell at home. Got to meet is brother a very nice guy who knows his coffee like no others.The place is close to downtown KL .Public transport is at the door.A huge mall is 5 min walking distance.
A great place to stay in KL. I recommend it highly.The outdoor poll located on the second floor is very nice as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideal place to stay. I have been here for 4 months already.
Pros:
- Very near train station
- Near Sunway Putra Mall
- Jogging spot near the river
- There is a minimart inside, no need to go out if you forgot to buy something
- It is quite clean as I do not see any cockroach
Cons:
- It's beside a river so it is flood prone, don't choose a high floor or else it will be hard for you to go up if lift is not working
- If flooded, no electricity in the whole condo
- Anyone can go to your floor as long as they have access to the tower

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 8 months. Location wise is perfect, near to lrt pwtc and sunway putra mall. Convenience store offers a lot of options. However, i find it very annoying that you are not allowed to move out during weekend. One guard is also very insensitive and rude, accusing me of that I intended to run away from payment just because I want to move out during weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying in Bistari for the last 3 years. Here all kind of nationals (Malay, Chinese, Indian...) staying in harmony. Building is quite old but very well maintained. My daughter loves to play in pool and me and my wife to play squash and then go for steam. Very strategic location and restaurants of all kind available. Being a vegetarian I don't feel any issue till date to get food.
A store available in the condo and management is so nice and handled one of the worst flood in Malaysia really well by taking care of the residents essential needs.
My wife still don't want to move to a new condo as the facilities and flat sqt still competitive with other condos.
Facilities: Gym, Suana, Steam, 3 Pools (Adult, Kids with slide, Jacuzzi), Tennis, Garden, Squash, Ping pong and few more available.
Location: Near to LRT station (PWTC) and Sunway Putra Mall - KL.
