โ โ โ โ โ Perlu menunggu lama utk urusan mahkamah.. biasalah PKP ni..kita diwajibkan mematuhi SOP yg ketat..
Need to wait a long time for court matters .. this PKP is normal .. we are required to comply with strict SOPs ..

โ โ โ โ โ Kepada individu yg berurusan secara terus dengan pelanggan perlu lebih mesra dan informatif. Pelanggan bertanya disebabkan perlukan kesahihan daripada pihak mahkamah, tak perlu jawab dengan nada sinis dan kurang adab.
To individuals who deal directly with customers need to be more friendly and informative. The customer asked because he needed legitimacy from the court, there was no need to answer in a cynical tone and lack of manners.
