Borang semua kena cari online dan cetak sendiri, dalam satu urusan ada pelbagai borang, saya cadangkan cetak semua jenis, bila cetak satu jenis, bawa pergi kaunter dikata borang salah, ni untuk kegunaan pejabat agama bukan mahkamah lah ?
Lepas tu kena buat temujanji baru untuk mahkamah shah alam sebab situ baru uruskan kawasan subang.
