I bring my car here for its regular service. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rest area has comfortable chairs, some drinks, and WiFi. The cafe on the second floor is substandard with very little choice. But if you're hungry, is either that or a walk to the nearest mail that is about 10 minutes away.

My car engine indicator alarm was on, the centers were closed at 6pm. I reached there at 6.15pm after a distress calls made to Mr Afiq (at my regular service center, formerly known as redcube) at around 5.40pm. Mr Afiq helped searched nearby centre (coz I was in Melaka) and found it in Cheng area. Even helped called it and gave my contact and requested them to standby for me. Both centers team-worked to help me before any potential breakdown. To both: Mr Afiq at Ang Trading Kia service centre in Masai JB, and Mr Pang at Sing Kwung Kia service centre in Cheng Melaka: you both are very helpful, very efficient and effective. You went extra mile to stay back and helped solved my car problem. Thank you so much and God bless you. Highly recommended.

Nice 3s centre for car owner to service their car at here. Got monitor for custumers to work at internet while awaiting for their cars for servicing period. Environment are good too custumers for waiting n get news from the internet supply by Kia here.

The worst service ever, they dropped the auto keyless door button from my passenger side door of my KIA Sportage and they couldn’t be bothered to let me know or even replace it automatically. There are no managers at the workshop whom I can meet and discuss the matter. What kind of professional service is this, being they are KIA’s authorised dealers and auto shop! I had an issue with my ABS and the auto shop didn’t have the sensor part, hence they asked to wait 2 weeks, when I realised that the keyless button was missing the same night, I tried calling for 5 days nonstop at least 3 times a day and no one answered or manned their telephone. I finally get a call that the sensor part has arrived 2 weeks later, and I was happy to get that fixed abs question them on the missing keyless button, but to my horror the mechanic ordered the wrong sensor, for an earlier KIA Sportage model and made me wait more than 2 weeks! Is this the kind of service KIA is providing these days? Such a disappointment and horrible experience!

Bad experience.. After Ang Trading bought over Kia Plentong, their service really bad. If you want your engine oil leaking and burning, please proceed to this outlet..

Friendly staffs. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Have dealt with one staff Saiful. Very good service. Highly recommend this center for service and insurance claim.

My review is a mix of good and bad. On the plus side, my last 2 visits to this Plentong service center for my Haval scheduled service and parts replacement respectively are satisfactory, both attended by Azuan, a very attentive service advisor whom also facilitated the speedy replacement of the front wheel bearing for my Haval and I can now drive in peace without the irritating humming sound from worn out front wheel bearing. But, this recent good service experience is marred by the long unresolved complaint lodged on the left fog light replaced at their former service center at Skudai 8 Bizhub during MCO in Aug 2020. The glass of the "new" fog light costing RM265.50 was cloudy and was told that it should clear off after some time. But, it didn't. Continuous marathon follow up with the service attendant (through personal visits, telephone calls and WhatsApp messages) was answered by standard reply that HQ (Go Auto) has not responded. Calling out to both Go Auto (as the Master Franschise holder in Malaysia for the Haval marque) and the Ang Family of Ang Trading (as the authorised dealer for Haval), to wake up to the fact that after-sales service will make or break the good reputation of any marque - please look into immediate resolution of my this long outstanding complaint to restore the faith of consumers in the Haval marque.
