★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location - near Jalan Alor famous food street, Changkat Raja Chulan for bose & Golden Triangle area. Good management office & decent security service. Quite a few expatriates stay here. Hence a good community.

It's always clean and quiet.
Suitable for kids as there is a small play ground :)

1.Management office
2.Security
3.Committee members
The reason why I choose this condo when they have a very helpful security to attend any visitor, which is our family/friends.
I found a few other condo in Ceylon has scolded guest at the gate..definitely it’s bad when this things will spoilt our guest’s mood.
AI2 also has systematic but nice SOP that well knew their function to help the residence for their life. Example, the purpose we order Food delivery is - we not going down & the rider should be allowed to send the food until door step (before Covid)
So Residence could do their own work :)
Similar thing if u expecting a guest :)
U imagine if u have 10 guys is coming u need to go down everytime as the other condo doing? Is it practical the resident need going down 10 times too? If let say you are baking, your food will be burnt..
I found that AI2 is very practical & I love to stay here again even when I come back from migration.
