★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First Time in KL - Loved the location which is close to the night life of KL, the Food Street of Jalan Alor and all the shopping to suit all budgets. Most importantly, the place is clean, safe, spacious and has a great host in Alan - you can book the place through Airbnb.

I am living ok with the room but the building should have a better management, get a better training on security guard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude security! He refused to let the tenants enter by grab with shouting at the tenants face. He said that is the management, so both are bad!
We have over 5 lugguages with hundreds of pounds but we had to open the small gate, carried all the stuffs.
In some cases, if there is someone with heavy stuffs, going alone, for sure you would lost the rest of your stuffs outside if the snatch thief appear X(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude security. Especially the uncle. No security to open the gate for entrance. Waited more than 30 minutes.
Gym equipment all spoiled. Lift spoiled all the time. No temperature check during the whole pandemic. Poor management.
Currently, Downtown Condominium do not have the mysejahtera app for the residence to scan in the lift especially those that drive in and use the lift up direct to the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally encountered a bad incident with the maintenance staff, a foreigner, very rude, fights and anticipates arguments and seriously no respect at all. Is this how ur management train staff ? Please make it a point to train ur staff, regardless what their job is cleaner,maintenance,security or whatever job to respect the residents staying there. I think your management can hire better staff then this. Please look into this matter for a better image to your condominium for the future.
