β β β β β Lived 5 years (2015-2020) and first three years it was really lovely. However, after new management, the quality went down heaps (nothing was renovated & everything worn out, lifts not working for months, management decides their own SOP and e.g. piping & ventilation was very poor with mold, leakages and permanently smelly toilets).
Gym and yoga room nice, but smoking area right outside of them so could s ell the smoke many times while exercising.
Security was friendly and good, but the quality of apartments (not to even mention their decoration) cincerely don't reflect the current standard nor market price..
Bte, I saw that management has removed all previous comments, so the current rating is unfortunately not reflective of the actual feedback this condo has received.
