★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad system, bad management, bad services. All is bad except for the gold design. Walk-in dapat bad services - guna numbering system (each cust only for 30mins) tapi dah 1-2 hours waiting, semua customers lari. WhatsApp since Nov 2020, got no reply until Feb 2021.
