★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice environment. Variety choices. Delicious food. Not that cheap but ok. Tried for level 2 and regret it afterwards. Even asked for soy sauce. Lol. So, be careful. If you can't tolerate spicy, try their ayam panggang. Delicious too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always enjoyed ayam geprek from Kotak so when I saw that they have a branch so close to my house, I was happy. I ordered multiple times from them before and the experience was always good. I love the flavour of the sambal and the mildest spice level: "Hot" is just right for me. Last night as usual, I ordered from them through Foodpanda. However to my horror, the chicken was raw as you can see in the picture. The meat part is 80% pink. The only cooked part of the chicken is the skin. I microwaved the whole plate for 5 minutes to be safe. This is very unhygienic and there is a risk of Salmonella if the chef continue to be as careless as this.
