I had a very unfortunate experience with this center. It was already extremely difficult to communicate with them to set an appointment. The WhatsApp msgs kept going back and forth which was already quite annoying. Eg. They would ask me to set a time, and when I would propose, slot is full. It would have been easier if you straight up provided empty time slots. This took a duration of 2 days, to set a single appointment. Albeit, they needed to transfer my documents from the HQ which also was done quite slow.
The appointment was finally set for 3pm, Sunday. I reached half an hour early and waited patiently, was not handled properly either, I was bounced between 3 people and had no idea what was going on, and who I was talking too. Had a literal 2 minute update consultation with one of the staff members (either front desk person, therapist, who knows, they did not introduce themselves) and if I am not mistaken, when the breakdown of the payment was made, it would have been charged rm80 (?). Should this have been the case it would have been downright ridiculous. When that was all over, I was told to wait to begin my treatment without being given any time frame, had I not asked, I would have waited 1 hour.
What I don't understand is, if patients are asked to go through the trouble of booking an appointment, in which my case was at 3pm, why would the treatment begin at 4pm? A 1 hr wait, when over WhatsApp, I have explained that I have gone through consultation with HQ and was adamant on treatment only. If this is the service and treatment for rm400 per session, You definitely need to reorganize and put better staff members and better minds to your practice. Disappointed does not even begin to express what I felt dealing with your center when I expect utmost professionalism. There was none to be found.
Also, what is the point of your staff member wearing full PPE, if she is eating at the front desk and handling my paperwork carelessly? In times of pandemic, SOP should have been observed seriously.

My Father who had major slip disc problem was on the chair every time he goes for prayer but now he can pray as usual. Yes still seen him move slowly on certain movement but seeing him now is a grateful feeling and while for my mother keen to lay down due to the pain from slip disc and now no problems for long hours standing after she had plenty treatment with this center.
I'm thankful that the treatment here gave them a chance to do what they love without going for surgery. They had veryyyy long treatment here but its works and ill keep sending them for maintenance treatment. Thank you so much for the chiropractic bangi team for treating them and to the chiropractor who keep listening and treat to them too. You guys are great!
Totally recommend to treat here!, All staff are friendly that's for sure!
