★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to have updated their client/patient data but seem to have lost/deleted data from last year. Can be a long waiting period just for boarding. My dog came back dirty and smelly. Sometimes they over charge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog ate poison and I reached the clinic within 30 minutes.i explained to the nurse twice that the dog ate poison than once more, after waiting 20minutes i asked for any medicine to induce vomiting as that is the treatment. I said I did not want to jump the queue but would give it myself. Neither the nurse or doctor looked bothered and ignored the puppy. This was an emergency. In the same space of time the vet came out 3 times and spoke to other patients about meds. I understand that I have to wait but is it reasonable to delay treatment for poisoning??? This very $$$%%^ clinic could not administer emergency treatment. Contrast to gasing vetinary hospital where I went to after waiting so long. They gave the dog emergency meds within 5minutes. After they had already done the treatment the idiotic clinc is calling me that it's my turn. Interstate it took me another 25minutes of driving to reach here and they are now getting around to it.if I followed them the poison would be entering the dogs blood now. Go here if u dislike your dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Yap may be young but he knows his stuff. My cat didn't finish her food, very unusual for her. He checked her thoroughly and weighed the results against the symptoms I told him and her weight, age and environmental factors. He explained the blood test results and gave options for what next. He also taught me how to observe distressed breathing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience.. go for cat fiv/felv test, wait for 1 hour the receptionist told me no more test kit available. Lousy environment. Strongly not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prices are pretty reasonable and doctors are very thorough. definitely my best experience with vets so far. only problem around the area is parking, which is scarce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The veterinarian who helped us ( Dr. Yap ) was very thorough but willing to work within my budget for diagnosis and treatment. He was very open with explaining and answering my questions as well and treated my wary doggy with patience. The cost is a bit more expensive than your basic vet clinic but I think it is worth it for your peace of mind for your furbabies.
