★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient . Didn't need to make appointment and only waited about 5 minutes. Vet scaled our cats teeth as he had awful breath and have 2 weeks of antibiotics for him and after less than a week he is so much better. Very reasonable cost and a very large ginger cat who owns the reception desk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog passed away today! 2 weeks ago went here to bring my female dog for spaying. Dr Joel handled my dog, then my dog seems unwell after that, brought back to bangsar vet to check. And dr joel just tell me that its normal, nothing wrong and just a gastric problem. 2 dats later my dog still seems unwell and having diarrhea, brought back again and dr joel told me it was fine nothing to worry about. Then i brought my dog to another vet and upon checking there was infection because she was having a complication while spaying. and another surgery needed. sadly my dog couldnt make it because all the organs has been infected. please if you cant do surgery, please don't do it! so disappointed with dr Joel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful eam - doctors and nurses are emphatic. The chinic can get rather busy, it is always advisable to call ahead and make an appointment whenever possible. Parking could be challenging as well, however, nurses are rather helpful, once it was raining and I couldn't get a parking, the nurse happily picked up my dog from the car, while I look for parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my dog here for boarding with wound care and medication required. 4 days later, I collected my dog with a well healed wound! Considering my dog can be anxious and aggressive when scared, I can say that the vet (and Dr. Joel) took good care of her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet has excellent pr but should teach their staffs on how to respect customers. The indian girl in the counter definitely has attitude issues. We were walk in and I was aware that i need to wait but they way she told me was really rude. Each time during the consultation i saw more than one adult was inside but when it was my turn she only allowed my husband. We were not happy and my husband asked the vet if there is any issue if i come in and he said no issue at all.
Kindly teach your staffs to respect every customers!!!
I hope she improves on my next appointment!!
