The SOP is inefficient. Just no logic in asking too many particulars for just setting an appointment. Tell me my reasoning is incorrect. If you're setting an appointment for health/medical matters, the very least you ask is Name and/or Name of Patient, Desired date and time. Then fill in the rest at the premise where they can verify that the info I key-in are correct based on observance. Not sure about the Veterinary Services, but surely customer service and SOPs need improvements. I've yet to try you guys and this is already the first impression.

Dr see is a very caring n good vet. His team is efficient too.

Very caring and detailed doctors. Doctors know what they are doing. Definitely recommend you to send your pets here if you want someone really care for your fur kids.

Hello Dr.See, I write this message is not because I wanted to express how bad my feeling is after I received the news that my dog passed away at your clinic without any symptoms a week ago. We felt so regretful of bringing our dog to your clinic because we didnt expect that the doctors in the clinic were not ready for any emergency cases. I do not understand why the doctor tried to draw blood from the neck when he is extremely weak and having trouble in breathing. Even a normal person with common sense would not do that to a person having trouble breathing, I believe a doctor will do anything to make the patient as comfortable as he can. I might be wrong because i am not a professional, I am not a vet. After the doctor failed to draw blood from the dog, she proceed in dripping and I still do not understand how can she perform dripping when she could not even find the veins, is she going to drip under his skin? When my dog's heart stopped beating, isn't the doctor supposed to do emergency rescue like CPR to try WHATEVER she can to save his life? Instead, She stands there looking at my mom with no clue of what to do in that situation. Tell me, doctor, if you were standing there having no clue of what to do, why do we still send our dog to you, maybe having him sleep in peace at our house will be a better choice, because he would be much more comfortable without anyone poking needles in him hundreds time on the legs, necks, ears and etc. just to draw a tube of blood. You can see from the photo that my dog's legs, neck, ear were shaved. To the doctor who serve my dog- Dr.Tan. I hope you remember his face with these photos, the dog that you serve today, left this world in pain. I do not take the excuse of being inexperience, you cannot even do simple CPR. You do not have the sense of emergency of seeking help when you are so clueless. Also, he is only seven years old, i have dogs that live up to 13 years old and his mom which is 9 years old still waiting for him at home. Please do not tell me that my dog is old and is OKAY to accept his death. If he is poison, he will have diarrhea or vomitting. If he has heart attack, he will have symptoms ahead of time. If he has tick fever, he will be uncomfortable for a few days. He was still completely okay yesterday. I hope you remember this dog that you serve because his life follows you forever. To the vets in the clinic, Please be prepared for any emergency cases because you are a PROFESSIONAL. Please do not act like these were not your responsibility. You are handling lives, you should know when is the critical moment to perform certain actions. I urge everyone, if you want to bring your dog for regular check-up, this clinic will be a great fit. But if your dog has emergency, PLEASE think twice because this clinic has no clue in handling emergency cases. Please do not try to delete this post to hide the truth, I will keep posting until I am done with it. Replying your message: She is basically reacting to whatever my mom says. When my mom and sister sounded concern that they saw cyrus was heavily breathing because she were drawing blood from her neck, then she only use the oxygen therapy. Also, she did the so called "her way" of CRP by squeezing his abdomen with single hand, are you telling me that this is a proper way of doing CRP? IF the information that you received are from her, then I do not see any guiltiness that she shows. To me, is just mainly trying to escape from her responsibility and to make her feel much more better. Also, when a dog/patient experiencing severe anemic, it is very obvious that you won't be able to draw any blood no matter how many times you do it. Yes, I HOPE you really look into it because I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THE SAME INCIDENT HAPPEN AGAIN ON OTHER PEOPLE DOGS. I do not wish to see any kind and lovely souls been taken away because the professionals are not doing their job. Thank you for looking into this SERIOUSLY!

Emergency case , Staff and Doctors responded and all was carried out very professional and quickly . As stubborn as my dog is and not to mentioned huge , the team at See View Vet performed well and handle the situation calmly. Staff were always patient and responded to questions and concerns whenever asked . 10/10

The doctor and staff here are very patient and responsible, the environment of is also very clean and cozy. Also, Dr See uses various effective methods to cure my dog’s serious skin problems. I strongly recommend everyone to bring your pets to visit this vet if your pet is feeling unwell. ??
