★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We'd come all the way from PJ because we know all our pups will be professionally taken care of. All the doctors loved our pups, took photos to update us eventho it was only a one night stay to monitor after spaying. Their cages are very well kept and clean as well.
Had to make a few changes to our appointment due to busy schedule but person on call was very patient and understanding. Amazing service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog have prolonged skin problem, really painful to see him keep scratching & sometimes to the extend until bleeding ; bring him to Animed, the Vet attending really compassionate, carefully checked & highlights to me on how to care for my dog…keep it up !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad stitching after surgery. They opened a very big wound for my dog. I really do not recommend. I’m very upset. After the surgery and blood test report no one explain to me and not even help my dog to put cone. So my dog scratches and his would got infected. I hate this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The veterinary centre are professional and friendly and facilities are well equiped. The place is clean and well sanitized. Pet accessories and pet food are sold here and there are many choices to choose from. The place observed strick protocol for social distancing and only pet owner is allowed to enter and maximum of three pet owners at the waiting area. All customer are to have their temperature taken with their contact numbers recorded before entering the premise. The charges are reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best vet clinic in the area. They have quite complete equipments and was able to run different kind of tests. The clinic is clean and the receptionist answered the phone for appointment inquiries promptly.
A special shoutout to Dr Lim CH, who has been my regular vet at Animed. She's patient, caring and was able to articulate the diagnosis well to non-medical people like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors services were good and fairly priced. But the reception systems are a mess. Have been several times. They can't seem to let you see the vet on time even though you have an appointment. Still end up waiting at least 30mins.
If SOP is so strict only one person allowed in the shop at one time and without proper seatings available outside or inside, then you should keep strictly to the appointment times, as well. It becomes very unbearable waiting and waiting with a pet that's also getting impatient.
