Thank you. I took my dog here for the first time. Doc was very patient in addressing all the questions and gave very detailed explanations. Very happy with the service and doctor's care.

I don't meant to create a new enemy, but it took me almost 10 days later to get my brain function again... GOD Bless you, for your "awesome" care! I've now only wish that you could have just rejected me on that day, and I could find another Vet!! But now, it's all too late and Raven (Our Dearest Cat) is no longer around. On the 1st October 2021, I've arrived your clinic around 3pm(+/-) and your staff told me that I needed to make an appointment, but because it was an emergency case, your team took in Raven... and Me, having faith in you (Dr Grace), because Raven was adopted from your clinic on August 2019. But, what an UNFORTUNATE event, Raven was left alone for almost an hour, on the floor (inside the carrier), until I came back to the clinic almost 4pm, only then you consulted Raven. In my thoughts now, you could have done better, when knowing that Raven was already having breathing difficulties (you could had put him on oxygen support), but you treated him like normal illness. 2nd October 2021, Raven passed away in the morning!! And to make matters worst!! I WONDER if I didn't give that message around 11:30am that morning, WHAT TIME WOULD YOUR TEAM DECIDE TO LET ME KNOW?? All they did was to call me after that message to say, "Sorry, Raven has passed away this morning"... That's All!! And your team packed Raven like a Worthless stray cat!! Your Staffs could have called me FIRST thing in the morning, when they know Raven had passed away, we will definitely come and collect him!! And your team don't need to packed him like as if it is nothing!! Just like I read one of your answers to a client's review here, you said that YOU PEOPLE TREAT OUR PETS WITH CARE & DIGNITY, so where is that, I don't F***ing see it!! Anyways, it's Okay!! We have given Raven a proper send off, by using Pet Memorial Service, with cremation way... My only last words here, We already felt so bad, it's like as if we had neglected Raven's health, but YOU (as a Doctor) could had done something better, if you were more precise in treating him!! We are still mourning and grieving, my mom and me has cried day & night since Raven passed away till now, and it took me only today to finally realise my mistake in having faith in the wrong DOCTOR!! Thank you for the "gracious" experience!! I swear on my own body, that I will never step into your clinic ever again!! The pictures that I've attached here, let it be a reminder to your own conscious!! If you think that you're right in your judgement, then GOOD for you!! Then I guess, it's all entirely MY OWN FAULT then!! GOODBYE!!

Although this is the first time, but I am very satisfied. Friendly, efficient and affordable. The Malay female doctor with a veiled who takes care of my cat is also very professional, complete explanation, perfect advice and the best service. I recommend you to this clinic. i called to make appointment and asked for xray price is RM150. Then brought my dog there, everything is good and to my surprised, the muslim doctors are very friendly to dog ?????? but when i proceed for payment, they charged me RM180, said this is doctor checkup fee. but i just did xray and doctor dont even perform any basic checkup. I feel like cheated for RM30. please be ready for hidden charge if u wanna come to this vet.

Staff friendly, i saw they open the door for clients sometimes. Doctor pun semua baik and helpful. Looks like they love all their patients treat them very well. I spay mochi (female) and leo (male) kat sini, appointment thru whatsapp je. Tak perlu tunggu Q lama. Thanks J-avenue.

The best vet i have come across in kl. My kitty was really in bad shape due to neuter from other bad clinic. J avenue vet took my kitty and treated her really well. Thanks so much for helping Luna and treated her stitches really well.ill recommend this place to anyone having any issue or even vaccine pls come here. They have plenty of certified vet available and doc nor who treated my cat Luna was really helpful. Thanks so much to all staff and doctors involved❤️

Affordable veterinary clinic,My boy been there past 5 year's. Well trained doctors,good service and my boy feels very comfortable.

Our first visit - the staff are very professional. We had phoned beforehand to ask if appointment was required - not this time, we could walk in. Although the reception area is small the arrangements are well managed so no crowding. The consultation rooms are large and well maintained. The only downside might be the access to parking - although there are many bays the other shops and restaurants attract many customers so what time you attend the vets will be important - I suspevt midday / early afternoon is best avoided if possible. Ps - there is a cat on site - one eye, is very friendly. 'Owns' the reception area.
