โ โ โ โ โ The locatins so convenient,service good, Dr. Woon give good explanation for the pat's and the price so reasonebal. The time almost close but they still attend customer. So happy to know klinik.

โ โ โ โ โ DR Voon such a rude and arrogant doctor. If minor case, they wont entertain you as their way of doing things is "no money no talk". They dont even concern about you or your pets. Dr. Voon, you dont deserve or qualify to be a vet.not even close.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst Vet clinic we have ever encountered.The vet is very ? minded and calculating. The vet doctor can't even understand the simple English...talking to him repeated few times still don't understand.The charges are too expensive and over charged and not reasonable at all. Very rude and no manners when talking on the phone . It's not advisable to send your pets here for any services... it's much better to go to Vet hospital at Tmn pertama..
highly not recommended..will never ever visit this clinic again..

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Voon and his team are very caring. I received my first two dogs and two cats from Dr. Voon. He is approachable and is willing to assist when in emergency situations. He is calm and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Voon for the care of your fur family.

โ โ โ โ โ doctor frequently makes blunders, doesn't allow customer to be in there while pets receive treatments. i frequented this vet for a while thanks to the recommendation of a friend but will never go back there again. recently sent my cat for spaying there and the wound came apart twice even with inpatient care. found out later they did a poor job with the stitching and never used antibiotics or cleaned the wound properly post-op. another time i brought two cats, one to vaccinate, and to deworm and deflea both. ended up they vaccinated both my cats despite having a clear record of their vaccination schedules. needless to say both me and my cats are traumatized of this vet now

โ โ โ โ โ Great service. Doctor also gave clear advise. Only downside is you cant go in with your pet. you'll have to wait outside and they'll take your pet in for the service. not sure if its an mco thing or not. But other than that, everything else is great. will visit again definitely.
