★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food, especially the briyani, is delicious. However, their service and hygene is bad. The restaurant was supposed to open at 11.30 as always, and then they randomly decided to open up at 12pm that day. I had made tight plans with a friend for the day and it was a big disappointment. The sink is so dirty and unclean too.
Please improve your customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ do not expect delivery to be on time. We ordered food for our security and asked them to deliver at 1 pm. We wanted to check if they liked it and find out that food had not been delivered until 3.30pm. They did not attend the call. Finally after calling the bangs at branch and then another no of brick fields branch, the food got delivered at4.30pm. Horrible service. Had to keep people hungry because of their lousy service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is clean wirh a wide array of food. Comfortable seating and fairly efficient service. Taste wise the food could be made a bit more tasty. Ideal location away from the busy dusty roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only place I come to get my mutton biryani cravings fixed. The rice is moist & the muttons are huge & succulent. The mutton portion is also a lot compared to other places that I've eaten. The service could be better though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One word, unhygienic. Staffs were not wearing their masks properly during the pandemic, all were pulled down to the chin, even as they were serving the food at the table, in close contact with patrons. Chefs in the kitchen preparing food were also all without masks on, raising concerns regarding the sanitary and health issues.
Food wise, tasting alright, but may be not fresh, as me and another guest who consumed the food suffered from gastrointestinal discomfort the next day. We noticed the mutton varuval dish was exceptionally cold, as though it was prepared long time ago. The visit to the restaurant caused diarrhoea and bloated stomach, incredibly uncomfortable and disruptive especially we were here for a holiday.
Highly suspicious regarding the hygiene and health standards placed on their restaurant, even as they boast as an international restaurant chain.
Conclusion is, will never return to the restaurant again.
