★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the new Red villa. Highly recommended for family stay. Clean look with its wood & steel theme. Got private pool, suitable for adult and kids. Too deep for kids below 6 year old though. Got your own kitchen stove, utensils and open fire pit.
Downside, the house use sheer curtains, soo a bit lack of privacy compare to the old villa. Hot too~~

With private pool!
Book through agoda for RM450/night..
Add on for the birthday deco + cake, rm200
2 type of house, double storey and single storey..
Mine is single storey with 2 bedroom..
Each room with 1 queen bed and aircond..
No aircond at the living hall..
No water heater..
Tv with movie only..
All furniture is by pallet..
Very very clean house with basic cooking amenities..
Definitely will repeat again in future..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The homestay was good. We’re very satisfied with overall condition of the homestay. There are 3 colours our homestay they have. Blue and yellow for family (2 rooms and with a private pool in the house - roughly RM450/night) and the red one (studio house - slightly cheaper than the blue and yellow houses). We stayed at the yellow house.
The house is in the middle of paddy field but quite far from shops and other civilisations.
It’s very hot here during the day. One thing I don’t like about this house is the living room area they don’t have aircond. They only have it in the bedrooms. So to lepak in the living room area is very not likeable and comfortable. And if you plan to have some of your family members to sleep at the living area, nope, they can’t sleep there at night too because it’s freaking hot at night as well. All have to sleep in the bedrooms. Luckily the bedrooms are quite spacious.
At night, we have no idea where to have our dinner. Many restaurants close early around 6pm. So my advice, get something for dinner earlier! Also, you can cook in the homestay.
Overall, we’re much satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with paddy field vibe here. Nice pool inside home strategy. Some downside is got a lot of bug outside so not recommend to take outside air during night & bring external or own hdmi which can connect to any device as the tv channel not provide.
