This firm was handling my loan case, and I wouldn't have used them if not my banker pleaded due to his commission.
This firm, chase payment top notch. After that, even after my SPA lawyer courier the documents to them, they have no idea its received. When asked about the loan disbursement, they say its still waiting for documents whereas the documents has already couriered and received by them more than a month ago.
So we emailed them about it, then immediately they went quiet. No response. When my SPA lawyer follow up with another email, nothing. Incredible. So I tried to call the office myself on several occasion, nobody pick up. Whatsapp, no reply. Fuhhh best nya, unbelievable.
Our next course of action will be to complain to the bar.

They have never failed to respond to my queries and to address all my concerns with patience and clarity. Discussing and communicating with them has been a productive and rewarding experience for me. I have learnt tremendously about the legal procedures on property transactions and ownership transfers. I would not hesitate to recommend Anuar Hong to anyone for conveyancing services.
