★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategically located along the most busiest road in Taipan, finding a vacant parking lot even during off peak hours can be difficult so best come along with a driver but double parking is common here, still it offers a (or is it 2?) free customer parking lot. This branch has a Bank Negara CTOS machine then (Not sure now) but its popularity makes it quick to rosak. This is a popular bank with the general public so expect it to be always busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 75 minutes just to be told their system has an issue to unblock my card.
And with the card blocked, you can't reset the password for the online account
Which you then can't set up standing instructions to pay a home loan.
Whichever enterprise architect who thought this was a good application landscape setup deserves to be shot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful branch. Never seen such a chaos in any of other banks. Granted its CMCO and the crowd control is inevitable. However, the procedure to open a savings account took me half a day. And worst of all, during the procedure I was asked if I am interested to apply for a Credit Card. I declined politely namely, I am protecting my credit score and I do not want a new credit card. They tried to push for Balance transfer and such, again, I declined.
Good thing some of the bankers and staff are helpful. Processed my basic saving account after 2.5 hours. I'd have to wait 24 hours to get my OTP sorted out or else, I wouldn't be able to view my online account.
Finally, 24hours later, I received the OTP registration and logged in my account. To my surprise, I'm not a RHB Mastercard Credit Card holder. FFS, would they just cheekily insert the application to a basic saving account holder? Is that how easy to get a credit card or is this the disgusting way to use the application details to add Credit Cards into the customers account? I know I am eligible for any cards, but stick to what I want.
I had to call the RHB Customer Service 8 times to process the cancellation of my card and ensure that I received my release letter. (Don't even get me started with their customer service team. Horrendous).
Not even sure how this will effect my credit score. Anyway, stay vigilant on what you are applying here and what you are actually given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st. This branch counter work too slow. Appointment made, but still waited 20mins for nothing, end up still couldn't solve my problem.
2nd. RHB is not a convenient bank at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make app thru apps to open bank acc at this branch at 915am. At the same time there’s 3 person with the same timing and I’m the second person. The first person takes 1 hr plus to open acc. I wonder the third person need to wait for 2.5 hrs? At 935 came the 4 th person who is appointment is at 930am. Oh dear..

I would never use this bank if it's not becos of my housing loan here. only allow 8 people to go in despite restriction from gov have lifted . and they have no fix line to call them and their toll free line is not working as usual. having customer waiting out in a hot weather is not fun. if u want customer to queue at least give us some chairs outside. really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This RHB at USJ Taipan is a JOKE. I will give a 0-Star Rating to it If Google Reviews allow me to do so.
It run by people are Incompetent, Unprofessional and Just collect pay cheque at the end of the month.
They did NOT Create Any Value to their Client at all.
I dropped by RHB Branch at USJ Taipan on Feb 18 Afternoon to Update My Personal Phone. So that I could login into the RHB Web Site and received my Temporary Pin No on my New Personal Phone No for my New ATM Debit Card Activation.
At the RHB Branch, I had filled up all the required documentation and the counter customer service reception had collected & verified all the required info (e.g., NRIC/ New Phone No and Phone Bill & etc.) from my end. They asked me to wait at their reception area for RHB customer support people to call me for verification. I had Waited there till almost 4pm (bank closing time) still no one call me so they informed me no need to wait, since everything is done and completed.
After reached home, I tried to activate the Card again still NOT successful. I called RHB Support line on Feb 21, for verification and they informed me the Phone No still NOT yet updated. The RHB Help Line agent helped me to raise a Ticket #3619749x, so that the RHB USJ Branch could resolve it ASAP. Till Today Feb 22, the New Phone NO still NOT yet updated… I Called RHB Support Line again and they had help me to raise another new Ticket again # 3620254x……
From this incident development, it is crystal clear this RHB Bank Branch at USJ Taipan is run by a bunch of Incompetent & Unprofessional People.
I doubt the Handicapped Management Team at USJ Taipan Branch even have an “Overview” on their Branch Operation What are the Customer Issue Still “Opened” and need to Follow up, “Work in Progress” or “Closed” …
Needless to say, they just run the operation like Pasar Malam Business.
