★ ★ ★ ★ ★ best station for me.. to start things off.. it's not that hard from station 3 to 3a.. there are also quite many things to play with like dumbbells.. hulahoop.. workout area and so on.. I do really like to lie in the hammock as it's a bit out from the centre of station 3a.. which I can rest and enjoy the peaceful moment..
