★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satisfied with their service. Cosy room and clean. We can hear noises of door closing. Breakfast is simple yet delicious. Friendly customer service that can respond to us. Overall, a good place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a simple hotel with decent facilities and also nearby to many places, this might be your choice. I took deluxe room.
Plus points:
Price is medium.
Cleanliness is great.
Service of staff is excellent.
Breakfast is provided and it's decent food.
Nearby to penang hill train station, penang botanical garden, Penang adventist hospital, Gurney plaza, and not very far from Komtar, either. If you take Grab, it won't cost you more than RM 11 to go to all these locations.
Negative points:
Bathroom is too small. With my tall frame, I tend to bump into things. Other than that, all good.

The cleanliness and modern style of our room impressed me alot, as did the nice hot shower and the friendly, professional attitude of the staff. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping malls. A little noisy at night (take your ear plugs if noise sensitive like me:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A simple hotel. Regardless if you're a patient or a tourist, look no further! This hotel offers rooms with good prices. Breakfast and hot shower included! Rest assured! Their friendly staffs are standing by in the reception for any question that you'd probably have. If it is your first time in Penang, look no further! This hotel is surrounded by hospital, restaurant, tourist attractions, and many more! The bus stop is less than 100 ft away, with every bus leading you to the old town. Exploring within 2 to 3 miles radius from the hotel could already give you amazing holiday, trust me when i say this! Even if you don't feel like going anywhere at night, the hotel itself is a good place to hang out, just outside your door! You might like the somewhat tingling atmosphere when you hang out outside the room, perhaps with your family. Definitely tip top choice for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room with all standard amenities. The counter staff is very friendly. The hotel location is good as well. The only downside is the poor cell reception in room. But the wifi speed is ok.

Room is to small but in picture look big.
I bring cabin bag also difficult to open.
Housekeeping, just do bed, mope floor and dry the toilet. Toilet also never clean.
Drinking glasses all have stain.
Ask to change room give a lot of excuses.
Hope they take the review positively and improve on their services.
