★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service experience. Called them ask me book online via website. Checked their website no booking function except email them. Emailed them, WhatsApp them then no reply. Earlier said have room, upon reaching the location said fully booked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to check out the accomodation because it stated studio unit. It had a studioish feel. A larger fridge, more closet space (though uncovered) and a spacious bathroom. Bonus: It was spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, good WIFI coverage, lots of parking, decent housekeeping and prompt response from the front desk. Special mention of Angie who is friendly and accomodating. The location is not as accessible via public transport. Heavy traffic during rush hour. Pretty quiet at night. The price was the deciding factor, no frills and quite clean. Just note that they are not as reaponsive via Booking.com but very prompt via What's App.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strategically located hotel in Penang. Sort of 5 minutes away from Georgetown. Ample parking space for customers.
Their room was clean but abit dusty so we requested to clean up.
The bathroom was abit dirty so we requested to clean it too.
We took the family deluxe room with 1 Queen bed and 2 single bed and the room was a studio mode which was really big than we expected. Not congested room like the other 5star or 4star in most of the town. Our unit were the corner unit so no any disturbance and no attached door to the beside units. The large windows gave really good sunlight and brightness eventhough we closed the thick material curtain. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and charged around Rm 158 per night. We do recommend to stay here but try to book earlier via call or any booking app/website. Remember to scan mysejahtera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended place with a lot of parking space, no need to worry got cctv at parking area. Room is big and very cozy. Friendly staff. Got city view also, nice la. Only few minutes to penang gh. Easy check in check out process. Got mini fridge in room. Got iron board but need to ask for iron at receptionist. Got water cooler refill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously good good good hotel! Secluded quiet place in the middle of town.
Note to the management:
Pls spray WD40 on bathroom door hinges. Very noisy.
Fix a adjustable holder for the shower head.
Otherwise, its a wonderful place! Big rooms. Very comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a 2-night stay as a couple and would recommend this accommodation.
Pro:
1. Easy parking within the building compound
2. Big room + bathroom
3. Quiet and love the greenery
4. Ceiling fan is available in the room
5. Smart TV with Netflix
6. Wifi speed is OK
Con:
1. Room & overall is not really clean
2. Very basic amenities
3. Pillows are too high
4. Poor soundproofing - it could be terrible when there is other guest talking outside or kids running/screaming
5. Weird angled shower head
6. Room doors tend to slam loudly
Also, there was an incident that the receptionist told us they couldn’t find our booking (via Booking.com) and we were quite furious after driving 5 hours from KL plus the stay was paid already. Luckily, they managed to find one last room that matches our preferred room type, so I’d suggest to call and confirm the booking prior to your stay, just in case.
P/S: not sure what was that thing in the bathroom (refer last photo), receptionist said it was a smoke detector but don’t really look like one, left us quite puzzled.
