★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got information about the service availing process, However could not avail the service due to time limitations. If you planning to avail their service you may have to wait for few days. Last but important they are the authorised service provider, so it is to get the service from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service staff are nice enough and the location is excellently connected and most importantly they took my system from a null state to ticking over BUT failed to diagnose underlying hardware issue dispite me suggesting a few potential faults which meant ultimately their fix was redundant in the end. Macboyz is a little further away and they listened to my concerns and diagnosed the issue on the spot in less than 10mins. Not saying everything can be trouble shooted so easily and they did rescue my system to some extent BUT a failing HD should be picked up by an authorised service centre. Guess this kind of thing happens when there is a division between customer service and tech team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apple took almost 2 weeks to replace my new iPhone that was Dead on Arrival (DOA). Compare to my previous S device that has camera issue after 3 months of usage, they took only an hour to verify and replace the camera. Nonetheless, Apple's service personnel are excellent in answering my queries and providing updates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the service centre a couple of days ago. Someone by the name of Harley answered. He was very helpful and straight to the point in answering my queries and guiding me on the process of getting my laptop fixed. He reassured me that I should get my laptop to the nearest service centre in Subang rather than going to Jalan Imbi as it would be more convenient and told me to fix an appointment rather than walk in straight as the pre-existent dates for appointment have been fully booked and the wait time might be long. He told me about the basic rates and prices for getting my laptop fixed. Was more than pleased with the customer service.
