★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alquran tagging manually by human ya bukan robot. Mula2 terfikir juga kenapa mahal sikit daripada quran di luar sana. Bila dh kenal betul dgn arrayyan ni..no wonder lh. Tagging tepi mcm panduan doa harian, peringatan hari kiamat pun ada..elok je tersusun tak terjulur keluar.. Tagging utk khatam dlm masa 16 hari pun ada kemas je cantik tersusun...alquran wangi pulak tu. Dalam ada nota panduan lagi..So tak boleh lh nk expect harga mcm quran biasa..hargai usaha pekerja yg tagging tu..manually tau..seronok rasa baca quran..utk bawah RM200 pun ada..sbb selalu buat promo..tapi pre order lah..tnggu agak lama tapi berbaloi.. nak cepat pun boleh..beli yg ready atau normal price..ada yg mmpu milik jgn risau..beli sekali je kan utk pakai jangka waktu yg lama..in shaa Allah semoga istiqomah baca quran selalu ?
Quran tagging manually by human is not a robot. Mula2 also wondered why it is a little more expensive than the quran out there. If you are familiar with this array..no wonder. Tagging the edge is a daily prayer guide, doomsday reminders are also available..it's good that it's arranged and not stretched out .. Tagging for the end in 16 days is also neatly arranged ... the Qur'an is fragrant. In there is a guide note again..So I can't expect the price of a regular quran..appreciate the efforts of the employees who tagged it..manually you know..it's fun to read the quran..for under RM200 there is also..so always do a promo .. but it's a pre -order..wait a bit long but it's worth it .. I want it fast too..buy the ready or normal price..some can afford it don't worry..buy it once to use for a long time..in shaa Allah I hope istiqomah always reads the Quran ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the worst in service. Ordered and paid upfront. 22 weeks later still haven't get it. No notice from them and I end up chasing like a beggar. Dates after dates promised but nothing. Friends who ordered made noise thru influencers on social media and got theirs but I continue to wait.
Strongly discourage anyone to buy unless u r a very famous person who will receive the best treatment from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the outlet to collect the order (Qur'an tagging) made earlier by a friend . Prior appointments were arranged since it was scheduled during my precious one-hour lunch break from work.
Sad to say, although you may definitely be impressed with the luxurious and lavish decorations of the shop, the customer service is definitely otherwise! A total substandard, really.
I had to repeat the reasons I was there a few times to the girl at the front counter and then was redirected to another girl sitting a few seats away from her. Seemed like the Qur'an which was supposed to be ready for immediate collection was nowhere in sight. The girls at the counter seemed clueless.
I had to wait for almost 20 minutes before I told them outrightly that I have rush back to my office ASAP so I need to collect the order NOW!
Overall, I was truly not satisfied with the customer services provided because it does not match the luxurious products they sell. Will I return to buy any of their overpriced products from them again?
A definite NO NO!!
