Based on the search, one of TTDI branch (Hasrat Menang) crew, ALIFF appeared on the top of the list. That was the starting point dealing with Aliff. Throughout the process, he’s very helpful and kind. We received lots of free gift (that are not listed initially) and i could say that he definitely walk his talk. From booking process to signing the agreement everything was smooth sailing and very convenient. Most importantly his after sales service is undoubtedly great. He willingly helped us to get our old car sold on carsome with no service charge. Overall, we are very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him if you are planning to get a Mazda.

Without any appointment we went there and was greeted by Alif the Sales Advisor. He was very friendly and able to explained on the package they are offering very well. During the process, he will update us very frequently on the status of the loan, registration etc which make us feel really comfortable. He handle the whole process without any hassle. Everything was smooth from the day we sign on the purchase till the car collection.There is no doubt that Alif is one of the best Sales Advisor in Mazda TTDI.
