Had my simple procedure for daycare there. Really good service till end. The nurses there so polite, very helpful, explaining all the necessary stuff to me. Facility is superb. So up to my expectation. Had surgery with Dr Ainur. So helpful, advised all thing from start till end. All the staff there also great. Keep up the good work.

Went to this hospital for vaccinations (for travelling and for Covid). Really friendly staff who took the time to explain all the options available to me. They were also very gentle and professional when administering the shots. Hospital itself is very clean with calming atmosphere.

Waiting time here is long and for reasons many will try to comprehend but will surely fail. Prepare your patience in abundance for your trip here. On the Monday I was admitted, it was a 4 hour process before we left and came back to be admitted in the evening.

The hospital, doctors & nurses were amazing, all my family members always chooses the hospital and we often come back due to their hospitality and professionalism but with the recent visit, all of it have changed my perspective. My son was warded in the ICU and the docs and nurses were amazing. They cared for him like he was theirs. Hence the nightmare begin when being moved on to ward section Level 2. The lack of empathy from the nurses were very shocking to me and family. My son was warded for a 20 minute long seizure. When his temp from the body rose, i asked help from the nurse to check his temp as i wanted to make sure and all they can say is "ohhh dah check tadi so kena tunggu another few hours". Then continued laughing with the other nurses and playing with their phones. Thank god me and my wife followed our instinct and insist to have it checked again and lord and behold, the temp was 39.2! All they could say was, "eh tadi check ok je temp" Then a few hours afterwards i decided to ask if there is any additional blankets as the room was quite cold and yet again i can hear a sigh and a rude intonations from them saying sir you can not be here and have to go back. I know its due to the era of covid but where is ur empathy for a parents thats worried about their children who just experience a painful/scary moments. I have been in the hospital not going anywhere for the past 3 days sleeping at the lobby/in the car. Least you can do was address it to me properly and politely. For me to post is also worrying me as i'm still currently sleeping at the lobby/in the car as we speak and they will give different services to my son in the ward right now just because im writing the truth of my experience but i need to tell about whats has been going on. Even when they said we can move you to the ward, i requested to just stay in the ICU because of the experience i had. I dont mind paying extra. The nurses in the ICU are amazing and love them to bits for all the help they have given my son. For the nurses at level 2, i know you have seen your fare share of the game and its probably another norm for you. I dont want any comforting words or what, just have empathy towards your clients as they are also processing the new experience for the first time. Sometimes we just wanted to stay an additional few more hours due to worrying what going to happen. In other words, "Kerana nila setitik, rosak susu sebelanga"

Had a basic medical check up done. First time came here and it was quite an experience. The staffs were friendly enough and helpful but the health screening doctor was not really friendly. As a former / ex-MO, i can understand and it is just cannot be helped....just a little advice the doctors to be more open and approachable for the reaching out hands if the hosp really wants to attract more loyal customers..

My wife warded here for major surgery. Service everything in here is very good including doc and nurse. Surgery successfully and wishing my wife will recover soonest. May Allah bless us.
