β β β β β Our path crossed Dr. Sushil's by mere coincidence. Before him, we had seen 2 Paeds and an ENT Specialist. All of whom either totally missed the issue all together or suggested a minor procedure under GA for my 3 year old who seems to have a foreign object stuck in his right nostrils. We were only at Ramsay's for a 2nd ENT Specialist opinion and Dr. Sushil was the only one available at the time - 10 mins before lunch. Everything happened so fast, he introduced himself, asked what happened and proceeded to take a look at my boy. After he got a clear picture, without hesitating AT ALL, he got his tools and proceeded to remove it! I couldn't really grasp what was happening, mind you, we had a procedure scheduled at 3, yet here, this doctor is simply proceeding to take it out right there and then! I cried (a little) watching my boy struggle but my maternal instincts told me to have faith and let the doctor do his job. It was a minor procedure made tricky with a 3 year old (fighting to run off the chair!) but he was determined and assured us it was going to be fine, all at the same time.. After about 3 minutes (longest in my life and probably my boy's too) of 'wrestling', WALLAH! Saved us a trip to the OT and about erm rm6k (at least!)? And most importantly, immediately after it was over, my boy was happy and smiling like nothing happened! Kudos to Dr. Sushil and team! Honestly, if I wasn't there and my husband told me this happened, I wouldn't believe him. Heck, I WAS there and I still can't believe it happened the way it did! Outstanding skills, admirable character ?????? If you have any ENT issue, u definitely want to see Dr. Sushil ??
