★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment has its pros and cons which are as below :
Pros : nearby to LRT Stn and bus stop;(10mins walk), nearby to Shopping mall Endah Parade,AEON etc, Apartment has jogging track, play courts, children Garden etc overall healthy stay
Cons : Apt security is not so active now they have improved little bit, many burglaries used to happen, but if you keep your house properly locked/ manned then its all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arena Green Apartment is by Berjaya, close to Kuala Lumpur with walking distance to subway/LRT station. It is the middle range condominium with affordable rental and purchase price. The apartment now is in the midst of repainting project and expected to be complete by end of 2017.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience during my 2 years stay at lower floor Block A. I was robbed (I'm not the only one) while on my way walking to the bukit jalil station passing the stadium parking area. 2 times peeping tom try to record when i was about to take shower. Our unit acted as dumpster as the neighbours upstairs thrown trash down to the ceiling infront of the parking roof.
Info: Basic facilities such as children playground and basketball court. Golf course just behind the buildings.Nearby APU and IMU.
Good: Close to lrt station. 10-15 minutes walking distance.
Bad: Heavy traffic jam from 6pm-8pm. Any event at the stadium across the street can cause severe noise during and after the event finished plus very bad traffic jam and can go on until midnight. The security level is bad to the extend that few cases vehicle parts were stolen and frequent loud noise made by residents after silent hours (11pm) totally ignored by the guards. Few break-in cases. Corridor, dumpster & elevator are so dirty with foul smell. To reach shops or supermarkets requires transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The crowd here is indeed questionable. It is in a quiet area, 10 minute walk from lrt to my knowledge. The apartments are fine, some with beautiful views of a golf course. There is a clinic, 7/11, and basket ball court inside the complex, along with other amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome. The green park is godsent, with jogging track, badminton & basketball courts. Hardly seen big open spaces in condos nowadays. So peaceful. Mainly families here.
