★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time staying in condo and this management makes me regret of my choice.
Ever since I moved in for 3 months, 2 times of water disruption. Entrance door of lobby is forever “under maintainence” and cannot be accessed. Management don’t allow security to keep parcel. Two of the lifts can’t be used now. Lift system also extremely inconvenient. Cleaner are no where to be found, as some rubbish on the corridor can stay there for nearly 2 weeks. The environment is good and cozy, but the management really sucks.
Think wisely before you choose this place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has been staying in Parkhill for awhile, following are my observation and recommendation.
1. Location is very good, accessible with multiple highway, and walking distance approximately 500m to LRT stn.
2. Environment of the condominium is comfy, windy.
3. Facilities are new, good size of Swimming pool, well equipped gym room.
4. Management team is rather new, need putting extra miles to achieve 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live close to the trash can. Every day I can hear the sound of wind on the walls and ceiling, the sound of water pipes and the noise of the electric box next to it. It affects my sleep. There are cigarette butts and napkins thrown on my desk every day. The security floor patrols are not very good. The industrious swimming pool is not allowed to swim at 8:30 in the evening. The gym says that from 8:30 to 10:00, the door is not opened at 8:30 in the morning. I hope to add a pool table. The car import system is always not easy to use. It will be congested when there are visitors. Noise in the walls really affects people’s sleep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it so hard for the table where you put the Grab food to be moved in to the lobby. My food was stolen right after I came back from my studies, but the guard takes zero responsibility for it. I know I was wrong at some point but can the guard at least, or the management, figure out a way to prevent someone from stealing the food?? Is it troublesome to have your eyes on the table?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lifts breakdown for almost a month but still not repaired. Only left with 2 lifts now, one of the lifts also with malfunction buttons. Block D glass door breakdown again and again...tired on this condo...so many sellers in the market, want to sell cheap also no buyers...haizzzz...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a thief living is D-43A-03 at the time of this writing. It is a chinese girl and her boyfriend, drives a gray/silver sedan. She would steal food and shoes. Finally found the person responsible for the multiple thefts that has been happening in the past few months. Be careful Parkhill residents. Security guards are doing the best they can, but no action from Management as always, eventhough there are plenty of CCTV proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst condo I've ever stay! Management is very sucks. Especially their mini Market in Block C.
This condo didn't provide any places for parcels, sometimes when residents are not around, the parcel was forced to send to mini Market and they charged according to the parcel size, cheapest Rm3 and can go up to Rm10! Totally unreasonable! Today I was having an urgent meeting and I can't take my food when my driver arrived so i asked the driver to put on the floor, but the guard don't allow and forced him to send to the mini market and the aunty charged me Rm3 for putting my food for 5 mins! I really think parkhill residence should take action on this, at least providing a place for us to put parcels without charges.
Also, they will charge you for overnight parking eventhough they're residents' guest! They charge rm20!!
