★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered big bowl heart shape from this shop using Grab, but after I received there are no bowl inside. Thus, I contact the pet shop and asking for the reason. However, the staff told me that this is the new design and there are no bowl inside. I'm pretty sure that there are a bowl come with the set. How can your staff answer like that? trying to shrink the responsibility??
I felt very disappointed because your shop are showing the different photos in the website. In the website there are a bowl inside but when I received is empty.
Very bad experience ever and please improve your staff knowledge. This is consider as cheating because your shop are showing the different picture in the website. Your shop are trying to misleading the information to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want you to know that some days ago I ordered three bags of Royal Canin Persian, and hope you remember. You only sent two and didn’t discount me the price of the third bag you didn’t send. Grab didn’t issue a refund since I was not aware only 12 hrs is the limit for claims. I feel disappointed that you kept my money without sending me the third bag or adjusting the price.
