★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petsmore Taman Danau Desa is not just a pet store but offers grooming services as well and are priced pretty reasonably. The staffs are hands down the best. The groomer is genuinely kind and gentle with the animals she handles. I trust her explicitly when she handles my poodle mix Egg Tart. Keep up the good job girls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can write a review without even giving any star, I will. We made an appointment for grooming at this Petsmore branch for 2pm yesterday. When we got there with our dog a few minutes before 2pm, there were 2 staff behind the counter and 1 groomer in the grooming section. We asked the staff whether they are ready to start the grooming session, and the staff said they won’t be able to start immediately, but only at 3pm or 4pm. We were surprised by his answer. By then, the groomer came out from the grooming section and said again she can’t start immediately. When we mentioned we actually made an appointment for 2pm, they said it was meant for us to drop off the dog at 2pm, but pick up time is 3pm/4pm. Then the staff said the grooming session will only start at 3pm/4pm. We were not told any of this when we called up to make the appointment. We were very confused. When we voiced our dissatisfaction and also our confusion, the groomer suddenly said in a very reluctant and unhappy tone that “then I will start the grooming for your dog now!” and walked back into the grooming section. She told one of the staff to carry our dog into the grooming section. When we looked in the grooming section, there were 2 small dogs running around on the floor, 1 husky was on one of the grooming station without securely leashed to the station, he/she could jump off anytime, another dog half way being groomed, and finally another dog in a cage right outside the grooming section. And all the dogs were barking away loudly, non-stop. Our dog was stressed out and I would say quite traumatized by all the loud barking in such a small room. Looking at the situation and the emotional state which the groomer was in, we honestly did not feel safe and comfortable to leave our dog with them. So we told them we will not proceed, and left with our dog. The whole time, the groomer just kept quiet and did not try to provide any explanation to us about the confusion etc. She did not even look at us when we decided to leave.
To say this is an unpleasant experience is an understatement. Needless to say, we will not come back ever. If you love and care for your dogs, please avoid this place.

Rm250 then didn’t count my money and put it directly into the cashier ,i said i paid Rm300 but he denied it.he said i paid Rm250 I'm sure my money is missing Rm300 because I only spend at the shop after I withdrawn the money from the ATM.
Disappointed with them I won't be visiting this shop again

Last month come staff said no stock and give me other brand (purina one) but when my chinese friend come they have stock this month also staff said no stock but the adds there!
