Good to be true. The inn there is not as dreamed. the toilet is very dirty like its not cleaned right away. Toiletries not provided directly only very little liquid bath soap and very liquid. Microwave is very dirty inside. Bath towels that do not symbolize a 5 star rating. All evidence will be shown through the pictures provided. Accommodation there is just more of a landscape for selfies for those who like pictures. But if the comfort is 5 star, it is far from expectations.
Not recommended.

This place receive a lot of hype because it 'looks' nice but the reviews are slowly peppered with low ratings. The management is very lousy. I rented the bbq place for a small get together and had to pay a security deposit to rent the bbq pit. After the event, the management held the deposit of RM200 for more than a month! I would not recommend holding any event here. Good luck dealing with the slow and incompetent management.

β β β β β Its a great experience of high culture living. The view, the facilities & amenities all equipped to the highest levdl of satisfaction. This is a nice place to visit or live if you find the price of the suits kinda reasonable. Easy access to anywhere around KL the best place to start your way into metropolitan city. Family friendly & also the community here quiet friendly.

β β β β β A different kinda experience when you go into Arte Mont Kiara. With really big and prominent decors splashed all on the exterior facade of the Building, Wallas, walkways, gardens etc.
Thomas Chan has definitely really out done himself with this Arte masterpiece. It has its own Air BnB, Hotel and Residences. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

β β β β β A great place for a staycation. Love the environment. Very comfortable and clean as well. Fully equipped with some basic cookware, got microwave as well for some quick simple meal during the stay.

β β β β β Beautiful ambience. Stayed 1 night on a weekend. There are 3 buildings all together. Can get a bit confused at first.
Stayed at a 2 bedroom suite (MK2). Room was spacious. Clean, not thoroughly though. Carpet was full of dust. Overall, facilities in the room was ok.
Pool was awesome. Opened till 10pm. We swam during night time with wonderful lights across the buildings. Theme of the decor seems like a bit of Alice in Wonderful which was really beautiful I must say. Very instagrammable.

β β β β β Been there once, so far so good. went up to the fine dining restaurant just to look around. Everything is very fancy. The facilities in the condo is nice. But visitor parking is very limited. Most of the facilities are closed due to maintenance or MCO closure. Did not get to experience all facilities to the max.
