β β β β β Stayed during the weekdays in November and I must say that I love this place! It is located near MATRADE, MITEC, and Publika and the view of my room I can see KLCC, KL Tower, and Masjid Wilayah. I booked the Simplex Two Bedroom and it is just nice for me. Would definitely stay here again

β β β β β Really enjoy the environment, super nice & classy french retro design. Suitable for family. The swimming pool is big and pretty. SOPs applies when you use the swimming pool. Limited to 32 pax per session.)
The room is fully equipped with all the necessities and clean. Highly recommended!

β β β β β The good part ...Enjoyed the facilities at Arte ....good interior design ...Alot of things to discover throughout staying there .... adventurous... Things to look into : maintenance of rooms a bit low...5/10 will be appreciated if look into this matter more seriously to have more bookings n less critics in the future

β β β β β Issues started from when we arrived at the elevator to our rooms, which were wet.
We booked a 2-bedroom Duplex room for 1 night. Our first room was placed on the same level as renovations, we were the only guests on that floor. The lights were flickering. Wanted to change rooms, but didn't because the second room was equally bad (see pics).
Worst issues were:
1. Wallpaper was peeling off, and paint was chipped
2. Lamp at bedside was broken when we arrived, and there was no plug near the lamp
3. No tables and wardrobes in the bedroom, unlike what was advertised
4. Water pressure for shower was horrible.
5. 2nd floor of the duplex did not have wifi or cell coverage
6. When we asked for a refund, they only offered an RM 20 refund, which was revoked when we asked for a late checkout.

β β β β β My 2nd time book with Zetter Suite and my review remain the same
1) Smooth check-in & check out process. Staff is good in explaining everything. Keep it up!
2) Dark parking area. The reserved parking area is quite dark & took some time for me to found the correct parking.
3) Room is beautiful. No words the room decoration is beautiful as before. It just i believe due to tenants before the room that I got for this stay is a bit damage
- Toilet Door cant be locked
-Toilet seat cover loose & keep slipping
-bits of wall paint come off (i think this is due Tennant before die some celebration)

Overall I will comeback again for sure ?

β β β β β one week before we checked in to the hotel, we were read a lot of review about this hotel.We read some negative review online but at the end we still decided to give it a try. Once we checked in, all the negative reviews were totally wrong. We are really happy with our stay, the room is spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge, bowls, plates, utensils, u name it u got it. Not to forget their washing machine, they have dryer as wellοΌOverall we loved our stay here, and will definitely return many times.

β β β β β Stayed here in Mar 22. Its a building that looks really nice on the surface. Unpleased with my experience staying here. Firstly it lacks sufficient signages to differentiate their various properties. We stayed at the Zetter Suite Arte. A very uncomfortable stay. The housekeeping certainly did a very poor job in maintaining the cleanliness. There are stains on the pillow cases, and bed sheet with some strand of hair - quite certain they don't really bother to change the sheets upon each check out. When we wanted to place our phone on side table, wiped with our wet tissue, and 1 tissue wasn't enough to wipe the dirt. There are even plastic from snack food hidden below sofa. Toilet roll in toilet was less than 1/2 left.
The only upside is that they have few nice spots for photo taking. Btw, we enquired on late check out and was told that it will cost RM50 per hour of late check out. Hmm...
