โ โ โ โ โ Pro's : It fulfills the basic accommodation of an apartment - where you have toaster, electric kettle, microwave, white clean plates and bowls, complete kitchen utensils and washer/dryer. It's a plus point together with the great location where you're in downtown KL and practically all F&B are within vicinity.
Con's : My disappointment was the service or rather the lack of it - my room doesn't comes with hot water in the bathroom and when requested to change, they reconfirmed my length of stay(2 nights) & was told they were fully booked that weekend. The Housekeeping team did not came daily as well - our unit was swamped with 3-days full of garbage and by the 3rd day we just can't wait to check-out. Toiletries provided were insufficient too - there's only 1 set of everything. I would have expect there would be at least a minimum of 2 sets of toothbrush..... The AC in the room wasn't cooling too although it has been adjusted to the lowest. I guess they expect us to cool off in bath with cold water ? As because we have a baby with us, we had to boil water multiple times with the electric kettle just so he could get a warm bath. All these.....for a weekend stay ?โ?
General Facilities - there are 2 pools; 1 on the 6th floor where you'll be sharing with 2 other blocks and 1 on the "99th" floor overlooking KLCC Skyline. Gym was on 6th floor as well together with kid's playground and reading lounge. Good facilities as it's pretty new.
Overall our staycation wasn't at all a pleasant one. The too many discomfort dampened off our mood.
