The room is very clean and comfortable. I can easy go to kl tower, quantire with grap car. I think like this place.

Good location, about 1 km from petronas towers. Gym is good. Breakfast is average. Stayed here for a week. A good experience. Cons: Inhouse dining options are limited.

This is a chick & trendy, yet homey service residential condo... nice neighborhood and most importantly very safe & convenient location to stay... good for young working executives

I have visited on last weekend for 2 days 1 night. before i go to the residence, i called the agent ask for early check in about 2.30pm , the agent say that no problem ,just wait at the lobby .About 2.30pm i text the agent say that i'm here already , she reply me have to check in after 3pm ,because their people still doing cleaning . Ok.fine. about 3.15pm i try to call the agent , but she didnt pick up my call , and i keep calling about 3~4 times she still didnt pick up my call. end up she show face around 3.45pm at the lobby . once i get in to the unit , i check everything inside the unit, what i found is , the kitchen cabinet very dusty , and the kitchen sink is leaking and odour. and I also ask the agent arrange someone to clean the kitchen , but end up no people clean it . what a bad service i even had.

Just so you guys know, i live here. This is a Residence not a HOTEL. Some owner who not live here use the apartment as ainbnb or so called hotel. I dont even have privacy in this apartment because too many strangers and outsiders! Don’t expect there’s receptionist and all the strangers came here using our facilities that’s crazy. Not even safe. We want neighbors not a strangers.

My family stayed here in November 2016. Regarding the accommodation, the suites are very nice, clean, well lit and spacious. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the management 'Nesting Nomads', my wife and 5 children had to sit in the car and wait for 3+ hours until the suite staff arrived on location with the paperwork and room keys, after a 20 hour flight from San Francisco and considering the price point this was very unacceptable and a horrible way to start our Malaysian vacation. To add to this, they charge an RM600.00 (150.00USD at the time) deposit hold on your credit card, after my stay the staff checked the suite and all was perfectly fine and the hold was allegedly released, so I was told. A couple weeks later I saw the charge for the additional RM600 on my credit card, when I contacted management no one could explain why the charge had been made and they promised to get to the bottom of it, they never followed up, when I contacted them again and again the same cycle repeated itself. I was forced to file a claim with my bank and until now this issue remains unresolved. As stated the suite was very nice, but not worth the hassle and the feeling that maybe it was assumed that since I'm American and would eventually return home the problem would just go away if ignored. My advice, stay at suites with lobbies and proper hotel management (the fact that this place didn't have that was a shock when we arrived, if cancelled on arrival we would have been charged one days rental fee), proper staffing and reliable service. Honestly worst. They caused many troubles. While customers must contact them by phone at check in and check out, they frequently have had no reply for more than 1 hour. Customers should waste more than acceptable time. Our friend's family and our family encountered same troubles while each of us checked in and checked out on different days respectively. These were caused by their system problem and these problems did not happen eventually. Further more, some bathrooms stink even after staffs said they were cleaned up. They normally give customers only one key and do not give second key even if you go there by group. They do not do anything even after troubles. There has been no sincere reply until now. Once I complained to them, they blocked their contact. If you met any troubles, they would mostly not resolve you with shutting you. If you choose here, you would feel dissatisfied. I strongly recommend this should not be used.

I live here for 3 years, and somebody stolen my wallet in my room. In the last day which in am leaving for China to the airport, the elevator spoiled and I have to bring my luggage from 19th floor to ground floor
