★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st visit a week ago, i just wore slipper an didn't know that customer is not allowed to try on their shoe without socks. ( I went to RSH many times and I'm allowed to try on without socks, but yes I understandthe reason might be because of hygiene, Asics should prepare some socks for customer to try on and wash it everyday, you might loose a sales because of this) Complainted to a malay male staff and his response is not very polite and impatient, telling me I can Complaint to their company(maybe he is in bad mood that day ). Yes you are right, but this is not the way you handle customer. His body action and voice tone showing he is impatient and reluctant to assist.
Luckily my friend brought extra sock so I could try it on and Confirm the shoe.
We were then attended by another malay lady name Dila after that. She patiently explain to us on what's available and the difference between the models. We reserved 2 pairs and will come again as need to gather others under a discount voucher..
I then come again today with another friend and Dila explained carefully on the model showing some good knowledge on the shoe features and differences between models. Must give her a tumb up.
We ended up bought 5 pairs of running shoe and Dila even written down in details on the after discount price on the box for our easy understanding.
I must say the staff knowledge in general are good enough, just that 1 or 2 of them in midvalley and 1u need to improve in their service
And that's what make boutique store different from store like RSH or Running Lab where they carry many other brand, customers are looking for more info and better service in brand's boutique
Great job by Dila and she even help us to take photo to promote Asics a bit. The 5 star is for her friendly service, patient and approachable attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st visit, there was a skinny Malay lady serving me, but she doesn't really know about the products, so I didn't choose to purchase my pair of running shoes here.
2nd visit, I'm lucky to have Ms.Didie Puteri serve me. She is professional and knowledgeable towards the running shoes. Although I didn't get my ideal design/color and size of shoes, but I'm still delighted to get my new running shoes here, because of her service. Nowadays less people can work with such sincerity. I actually requested for size 8, but she mistakenly gave me 8.5, but it's acceptable.
Hope my pair of new running shoes perform well and last long, coz it's not cheap?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first I’m disappointed because I called ASICS customer care to check which outlet is providing pronation test as they mentioned in their website, one of the CS representative replied it’s available at mid valley. Once I reach there I get to know that they don’t provide the test at mid valley ?. But luckily I was assisted by ms.Dila she was very informative and knowledgeable ??. Finally I manage to buy my first ASICS Gel - Kayano 28 and I’m excited ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I finally did not make a purchase as I discovered that the online store had a better discount. Still I must say the the sales person (Didi Puteri?) continued with her service which was superb. She had the correct attitude, the right knowledge, and the poise of a professional.
Kudos to Ascics.
