★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a disgrace to the service industry. I was on the verge of buying 2 items but they refused samples etc. I will keep my money for the online shop which is more generous. To the ladies who work there, you will only have yourselves to blame when your customers desert you. I will not be going back here again. By contrast I received 4 samples when I shopped online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly staff. Went there to collect sample as it is my first time trying Clinique products. Staff was not helpful and told me that sample is out of stock. Asked me to either return or go to another branch. Doesn't sound helpful at all. Asked about the latest product but brushed me off. Not going to return to this branch. Went to Sunway Velocity branch and the service is much better.
