★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not professional yet not honest. Kena tipu dah… be careful guys. Double check with other optical stores or professional before purchasing! I check with eye specialist after I pay deposit, it’s definitely not what the lady say but she insisted her point and refuse refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service and very professional. Can feel that they really care about their customers. The turnaround time getting the glasses was pretty fast.
Appreciate their good service and their quick work. Will be back, highly recommended! My preferred OWL store!
It took us quite a while to find the store, but its actually not that hard to find. Its at the Ah Cheng Laksa alley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service by Ms. Jo and Cara. They were sincerely concerned about my vision. Patiently helped me throughout the entire process from picking out the frame to explaining which lens is best for me. Answered all my annoying queries and left me with no worries ? Thanks y'all!
Update: I went back to check again because I felt some discomfort and their after service was excellent. Really amazing and went all out to check for me, got back the glasses earlier than promised too. Thank you again ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post is rather long and I am not against OWL but had an unpleasant experience with the MidValley outlet. My sister and I went to the outlet to have our spectacles made and were greeted by a salesman. Upon agreeing to have our glasses made, we asked if there are any new frames in stock. He went into the store room and after ~10 min, he came to us and told us there were no more stocks but said that our glasses would be ready in a few days. My sister and I assumed that in a few days new frames would be in-stock and used for our glasses. Mine costs 700+ and hers is 500+.
A few days later, we went back to get the glasses and greeted by another salesman. He told us that the frames used are display sets and that it is an unspoken rule that if customers don’t request new frames, display sets will be used. Of course, we were shocked and felt cheated to have paid a huge sum for display sets. We requested that new frames to be used because the other salesman didn’t specify that display frames will be used if new frames are not requested.
At this time, the lady boss greeted us arrogantly and took over. Unapologetically, she said it’s a “common sense” that display sets will be used if not requested by customers. Probably true but to be fair, who knows this unspoken rule unless people working in this field or does she just expect everyone to have this “common sense” without being told? It’s not like we make glasses every freaking day. Besides, isn’t display sets not meant for sale? We didn’t back down and asked her “Would you pay a huge sum for a displayed dress or a pair of shoes?” “It was their shop responsibility to make it clear to the customers before making any glasses using display sets without expecting everyone to know what is commonly practiced in their field” to which she replied sarcastically “Okay, I will ask the headquarter to print out a big font memo for the customers”
I don’t care what you do with the headquarter but if a customer raised an issue, save your sarcasm and solve the issue professionally. In the end, she promised us to remake our glasses using new frames and deliver them free to us. Obviously, we are grateful that despite her sarcasm and unprofessionalism, we reached to a mutual agreement. Hope everyone knows now to request new frames for their glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my spec on 10th March, collected around 14th March, right after one week my spec grow mold (I dunno whether it is mold or rusty). To be very honest I take care of my spec very well, I dry it right away after I wash. I never leave it in the washroom. But I don't understand why there's mold or its getting rusty.
Today, 16th April (1 month after I purchased this spec), the plastic nose pad suddenly fell out ? I paid RM1100 for it, it's very expensive, but I feel like I've purchased a low quality pasar malam product.
Well, the salesman was really good. Be provides excellent service, so this one star rating is for the product quality, not for the sales person.
