★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled by the crowd at the penang branch. Half of the staff are incompetent.
Photographer not up to standard. Make up artist applied heavy "aunty-like" make up and told it s needed to make the photos look nice.
Had several appointments to view photos bcos they weren't edited, wasting client's time. Editing finally was also heavy handed.
Made subjects in the photos fatter than in person. By right it should be the opposite. Mostly due to bad angles by the photographer.
Haphazard arrangements by the staff.
Given the fact that this shop is more expensive than some others and doesn't live up to basic expectations makes it a stressful n unnecessary fraud.
Dont let this spoil your memories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great and wonderful experience with Aspial Wedding, Penang. My wife and I had our pre-wedding photos taken with Aspial and we enjoyed the entire 2-day shooting very much! Our photographer, Terence and his assistants, Hugo and Ruby never fail to show us their effort and they are truly passionate towards their job! We would also like to thanks our make-up artist, Mavis for the wonderful make-ups and hair-dos, even though she's not feeling well but yet she did her job well! Not to forget Wendy and Mandy for the wonderful gowns selection sessions and assistance throughout the shooting! You guys are just too awesome to work with. Thanks to the wonderful team. We strongly recommend Aspial Wedding Penang to everyone. Can't wait to check-out the final production of our albums!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I wanted something simple—a short sequence of photos in traditional Chinese wedding attire. Aspial Wedding was very accommodating and made a special deal just for us. Their photographer (Terence) made us feel very comfortable and their make-up staff were quite professional. The resulting photos were exactly what we were hoping for. I would strongly recommend you check out Aspial wedding if you are in Penang and looking to have wedding or engagement photos taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 3 stars. My photos were not up to standard. Make up was too thick. Hairstyle was very auntie-like.
I always wanted to look simple and very natural. I declined a million times when they tried to stick double-eyelid tape as they said it would make my eyes look bigger omg I said "no, my eyes are big and captivating enough". I think I look fairly good-looking. Not beautiful/gorgeous/stunning but alright in person without make up. They made me feel like I was ugly and needed to have a lot of work done on me.
Hidden costs like white shirt (they did not ask my husband to bring), fake eyelashes, and others I couldn't quite remember.
Background choice by the photographer was a bit off/poor.
A lot of improvement that should take place for that price that they charge because when that kind of price is charged, customers expect the most basic or logical expectations to be met.
