★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad installation.... the staff and also the installation contractor are very rude... i asking them to change the date of installation because im not around on the day that they want to install, so i call them to let them know but end up they mad at me n i was the one to be blamed. i will tell the name of the rude contractor and the details here but after he come to my house to install the astro. AND ALSO THE ASTRO ITSELF IS IT THE INSTALLATION DATE WE AS A CUSTOMER CANNOT CHOOSE OUR OWN DATE. PLEASE CHANGE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE PEOPLE STARTING ANGRY

astro charge me RM 178.00/ per month for full package. today i find out astro have promotion package for new customer RM 153.00/ per month and i have call to astro marketing department ask why existing customer cannot get this promotion. they reply CANNOT, ONLY FOR NEW CUSTOMER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of the worse customer service in Malaysia, it says 24hrs but when call it says call back in a certain time and also the workers aren't that helpful, we been having a problems for more than 6 months already and when they come and check they say everything is alright, but the next day the we face the same problem. Other than that astro is getting bad each year, the movies and tv shows they play aren't good and they always repeat the same show over and over again. Lastly For new customers that is planning to join please don't, just sign up for Netflix it's way better even though it's a bit pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is dismal. They don't return emails or follow up on things they say they will. Getting ahold of them through the call center is impossible because they have yet to provide an account number and the system kicks me out before I'm able to connect with a human. If they weren't the only major cable company in country for live sports and English language content they would be out of business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly not recommend anyone to purchase njoi!! I had bought the njoi package for around half year, and I don't understand why the problem of card inserting keep irritating us! This is not the first time and it happened at least twice a month. My aunty who signed up the njoi plan earlier also faced the same problem and complaint. This is very disappointing and I wish this problem can be solved as soon as possible! The worst is the customer service called me to ask my satisfaction, but when I complaint about this problem, they asked me to call service number (didn't offer help to inform the service department) n told me that I m not the only one who faced this problem. What?!! It shouldn't be a norm for your njoi customer to have this problem! Please solved the problem! First time experience a company that didn't solve the bud of their product ( which already get a lot of complaints)
