I had to change my storage location at last minute as my furnitures arrived from JB and could not go into the lift in KL. I do not know what to do but EZ Secure was professional and provided solutions to me and immediately contact their colleague in another location to help me.
Even though it was already 10pm on a Saturday, En Rahimi of EZ Secure PJ came to open the doors and quickly allocated a space for me.
I'm really grateful for their help and professionalism even after working hours. Without them, I'd be throwing away my furnitures on the road or incur additional costs to move my things back to JB.
Definitely will recommend EZ Secure storage to everyone.
