My house in 32 floor (SkyPark Cyberjaya) , everyday elivator problem , have 5 lifts today non of them working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst elevator. My house is Skypark Cyberjaya. 3 lifts. 1 lift keep breakdown 2-3 days every week (for the past 1 year). Latest one that 1 lift breakdown for almost 2 months!!!

Yesterday my wife and kid were scared to death. Another lift suddenly stucked at high level and feels like free fall after that (like the rope loose grip)
.
And today for first time all 3 breakdown! when I want to go to KL for my best friend’s wedding. Too late waiting them come and repair. Need to cancel the trip.

communications only via email, phone calls, and paper records when servicing elevators.
kone don't capture the historical records, hence cannot answer my questions about the repairs and followup.
and they invoice before work is done.
is this a local Malaysian company or a Swiss company?
Dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you believe KONE provides great service, either you are retarded or insider. 5 star reviews are all fake! 5 lift in the condo but 3 of its out of service….. FOR MONTHS!!! Sometime one occupied by cleaners so left one we can use. This company not even deserve one star, they deserve negative 5 stars! ???
