β β β β β Kak Ning did my industrial piercing today! Industrial is known to be the most painful piercing and it really was painful but I felt really safe the whole time as Kak was very patient and extremely supportive and friendly :-) I had a really good time and the piercing turned out really pretty, 10/10! Will definitely come back in the future to get other piercings done.

β β β β β Made 5:50pm appointment online, I arrived on time but the staff was eating and keep me waiting outdoor till they finish their meal.
Didnβt provide the disinfect cream like they used to do. Quite hard sell on their high price range jewellery which slightly makes me feel uncomfortable.
Canβt deny, their skill is good even though the charges are quite pricy.

β β β β β I went here for the first time to get my piercings changed because Iβve heard that Attic had a lot of jewellery choices. I also got a piercing here (with a gun) so I will share my experiences.
First off, the staff was quite rude and unfriendly but I did not want to cause any problems so I just tried to deal with it. Only after knowing that I was spending quite a lot as I was changing a few of my piercings, only then they were nicer. During the choosing phase, they seemed quite annoyed when asked questions. The staff here also really tries to up sell you the pricier jewellery. When it was time to change the jewellery, they were quite rough. One of my piercings got so infected and irritated, it actually caused a huge bump.
Secondly, I got a new piercing done here. Although they marked it, they did not measure it at all. Even with the markings, they still missed and my piercings came out uneven. I told them it was uneven but they did not do anything to rectify it and just told me to remove it. Even though the shop states that itβs APP certified, when checked, they were not listed on the APP website anymore.
This will be my first and most probably the last time. Iβm not sure about the other Attic stores but the one in 1 Utama really needs a lot of improvements.

β β β β β Got my septum yesterday, staff isn't even friendly I felt nervous at the same time (come a bit early). The lady didn't ask me anything am I ready or not because it's my first time got my first septum (I come alone by the way). Rm130 for service not included the piercing, with cream and so on total about rm218.00. I guess this is the first and last I'm visit. She's not even smile or greet once I came in. For me isn't worth it at all.

β β β β β Didnβt make an appointment earlier even though it was recommended (sorry. Cause canβt decide on timing and dates).
The price is affordable, can always call or check the website. There are different jewellery available to your liking and depending on skin sensitivity.
I had a stainless earring with a longer length at the back as recommended for ease of cleaning.
My piercer was Kak Ning (thank you ??). She was very nice and professional. She explained what she was doing and how to clean the piercing.
Would recommend this place for piercing :)
