★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this Tissot Boutique in One Utama, very bad service no battery can be changed, they only sell. if you want ot fast go yourself to the center located in KL Jalan Raja Chulan. The answer given was so "special" for a Swiss brand boutique....."only sell, no other service provided , this will only bring bad reputation for this brand and definitely sales drop..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went first time. I went there wearing simple round neck t shirt and not office wear. So i looked like i came back from market ?. Original intention was only to browse. I ended up buying the latest T - Sport Swissmatic Rose Gold?- The ladys name is Haslinda- She calls herself a watch consultant and not a sales lady. She is good. She knows all about Tissot models. She let me test -wear all the watches i like to try (even when i never told her i wana buy). In fact when i mentioned Audimars Piguet watch ( super luxury) she also knows about that brand.? The Tissot i bought resembles that brand. She has Extensive knowledge, not only in products but also wat customer wants?. She didnt try to push for more expensive product but according to wat i wanted.☺️? So if u going there, ask for her. I dono about anyone else but she answered all my questions eventhough i told her, i just wana see only.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this Tissot Boutique in One Utama. The sales lady told me, to change my T Touch battery I need to leave my watch for them to send it to Tissot service center which will take up to 2 months then only I can get back my T Touch. But, if you want ot faster go yourself to the center located in KL Jalan Raja Chulan. I told the girl why your shop can't change battery and do synchronisation? The answer given was so "special" for a Swiss brand boutique....."we only know how to sell, don't know how to change battery".
To me that's unacceptable for a watch boutique that sell watches with thousands of RM a piece. So guys, if you are Tissot T Touch lover, go to Tissot dealer in which the owner is a watch Sifu.
I bought my Tissot from USJ summit many years ago, and the Sifu (owner) able to change battery and synchronize your T Touch in 20-30 minutes with good price RM65. Honestly, T Touch is a good and practical watch and durable. But some of the Tissot dealer like this one in One Utama is hopeless.
By the way, by the time I wrote this review. I got my battery changed and synchronize in USJ summit on the same day. Just day I need to run from Bandar Utama to USJ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer of Tissot watches beware. In order to change your battery, you cannot do it in these boutique stores in 1 Utama or other shopping complexes anymore. You need to bring your watch to downtown Kuala Lumpur (Wisma Goldhill in Jalan Raja Chulan, to be precise).
When I was there, after taking my number, there were only 2 people in front of me. You'd think that it's a breeze, right? Nope. It takes almost 20 minutes per person, reason being they have to take a lot of your details: name, phone, IC, bla bla, then print out for you to sign. So, I waited almost 40 minutes before my turn. And during my turn, it was another 20 minutes before I hand them my watch. And, they can't do it in an hour. I have to collect my watch the following day. What? Another trip back to KL just to change a battery??
I have provided feedback to the customer service personnel. She said one other option is to leave the watch at the boutique in 1 Utama and they can bring the watch here to KL for service and back to 1 Utama. However, wait time is around 1-2 weeks as they don't have daily runners.
In this age of convenience, this is ridiculous. I can't imagine myself coming to KL twice, stuck in the famous KL jam, paid RM10 for parking just for a battery change on a wrist watch every two years. No thank you, luxury watches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially went to Timekeeper(The curve) to shop for new watches, but the sales person was very lansi, so i decided not to give my hard earn money to the squint eyes male sales person.
Afterwards, i came to 1utama and bump across this Tissot store, at first i was just trying to look around. The female sales person attended me, even though i tell her that i was just trying to take a look at the watches not planning to buy yet. But in the end i bought my new watch here, very satisfied with her service , will definitely come again if there is any new releases from Tissot.
