The watch i was curious was the Aquaracer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Tag Heuer One Utama last month to service my watch, the experience in the store was great. Staff clearly checked the condition of the watch which made me feel assured.
2-3 weeks later, the staff called me to tell me the damage and what needs to be replaced/repaired for it to be fully functional. The staff sent the quotation to me too. After some consideration, I told them to proceed.
Another week ± passed, a staff gave me a call and said the repair was completed. BUT, she said NOW the watch chronometer might not be functioning well and if I want, she can send it to repair with a fee. I was like, WHAT? My last use is totally fine, and it was just sent to do a full check on what's not functioning and with a full maintenance. I don't think I should be accountable for it. Then, she said she will ask the technician again.
Last week, I finally got a message that the watch is ready for collection. As the staff said everything is all good now, I wore it and paid the repair fee. Unfortunately, I started to realize that it felt different. After a quick check, I noticed the bezel was unevenly close! I really never thought that a Premium Swiss watch technician would give such low quality work but charged me a four-figures premium fee.
Now, the watch will need to be sent to the technician again for god-know how long. It is not the staff issue but something is really wrong about the technician who is handling the maintenance. I was told that this is not the first incident.
Tag Heuer team, please, can you do something to regain our confidence?
