★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning, I was supper happy to find pretzels abroad (cause Germans just love their pretzels ?). But after trying it a few times, the disappointment grew. Plain is too plain and when you wanna have the one with salt then they always use butter to make it stick and then add the salt instead of baking it like that right away. With the butter it's obviously way too oily cause they entirely dip it in.
Very lazy kitchen. The worst thing I've seen there was the garlic pretzel. Of course I was expecting that the garlic was baked into the pretzel. But no, they also just take a plain pretzel, dip it in tons of butter and literally THROW a ton of garlic POWDER on it. It was disgusting cause you could only taste the garlic and not even the pretzel anymore. Not worth it at all. At the beginning I was still craving it when walking past. But after trying it, I would rather skip the pretzel entirely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a famous pretzel deli store from United States!! Looks nice! It is same as regular shops all around the world. But I saw various pretzels flavors on the menu!! Looks interesting! When I used here they have Christmas original flavors! It’s cheese one! It was delicious!! They serve quickly! Just located by the escalator directly connected to KL central station. It’s great! Enjoyyy!
