She suggested that I went with a pencil/pen multifunction rather than just a pencil since it's a better value. Very happy with the service and the time she took to help find the perfect item. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here 4 times in the past 2 years, thrice for getting a gift for friends, and once today to get one for myself. All times I've left very satisfied.
There's this very friendly Indian lady sales representative (who I forgot to ask her name!) who mans the store that is really knowledgeable about the different Lamy pens they have! She also lets me know if there are any ongoing promotions on offer and sometimes gives me extra ink cartridges! She's really patient too for allowing me to try out different pen tips.
When I was buying a pen for myself today, it was the first time that I wanted to try using ink in a jar rather than ink cartridges. She took the time and care to explain to me how to wash the pen and how to refill the refillable cartridge. She also assisted me to fill my newly bought Lamy pen with the ink I selected (Peridot, which in the end I bought a new jar too!).
Overall, 5 stars! I think this is one of those times where the offline shopping experience is much more worth it than buying the Lamy pen online. I'm really enjoying my Lamy pen! Thank you for the pleasant customer service. Will be returning here definitely.
