★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opt for an hour of foot massage. Is more tender and softer from Thai massage but still with firm touch and enough pressure. Was quite satisfy with the treatment cause the technique is different from usual Thai style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here after i sprained my neck. Oh well what a bad decision that was. Only went for 30mins relax therapy where the counter staff said its only half body (from my experience, half body means waist up-maybe I'm wrong), specifically mention to focus on my sprained left neck, the lady keep pressing the other place, including my waist down. Only spend the remaining 2 minutes for my neck, when I reminded her again. Didn't bother to press points for the head area, just basically touching some part and be done with it. The message was complete in 18 to 20mins tops. Offered a halia tea which is nice though. For RM71, DEFINITELY IS NOT WORTH IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a relaxing 90 minutes massage but had the worse massage experience ever. My masseur was burping at least once every 3-5 minutes, and over 30 times within 20 minutes, while massaging my back. I had to ask her to focus on my legs because it was super annoying to have a burping back massage!! The worse part: the room next to me seemed to be a 'babysitting' room, where children were playing with cellphone and ladies talking. I sprained my ankle that day, informed her but she kept on pressing on my ankle while massaging my legs!! How horrible!
The last straw was when a kid started crying in the room next to me ( at about 25 minutes into my massage- was informed that the kid is a little sister to one of the cashier) regardless how many times they try to shush her. I got up, dressed up, went straight to front desk. Was only given partial refund. This place is a nightmare, will not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for foot reflex as the rooms for body massage were fully taken. I would say it value for money 1 hours foot for RM69. The shorter timings and prices are not worth so plan your time wisely. The masseur was strong and gave a firm massage for my legs. Ambience could have been more privacy with partitions. Overall recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse massage ever. The staff are unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude. The masseuse assigned to me rolled her eyes at me when i asked if i could do the foot massage before the body massage. So i requested for someone else. The other masseuse was nicer but was so inexperienced, my body actually felt worse than before i came in. My skin felt like it was on fire cause she massaged using a rubber gloves but not enough oil, and she gave the worst massage ever.
Should have read the comments before coming here. I regret coming here.
.. never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I received the 60 minute ‘Relax Therapy’ massage. There was not one moment where I felt relaxed during this entire massage. It was quite the opposite - I kept wanting the massage to end!
My masseuse in particular was quite rude. Quite unfriendly from the first moment of introduction. The massage started quite like any other massage. Though, the technique that she was using on my back was not something that I had experience before, but I thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt as the massage had just started.
After about ten minutes in to the massage she then asked me to roll over on to my back. I was quite surprised as she had not started to massage anywhere else. I asked her about my legs etc and she simple ignored me.
The rest of the massage was a nightmare. The techniques were completely foreign. My husband and I get regular massages so we know what is good and what is not. I had to stop her several times as I was afraid what she was doing was going to actually injure me!
To make matters worse she was burping throughout the massage which was simple disgusting. Unprofessional. Rude. The masseuse name was Sarah.
Do not waste your time, or money.

I didnt want to wear their slippers due to hygiene reason, they forced me to wear.
I didnt want to take off underwear, they insisted. I refused. I am doubtful of the garment hygine.
Massuer is very inexperienced. Seemed she is a trainee. Very very lousy. Didnt know how to press on the acupoints at all.
The company should not deploy bad massuer at all. It ruined their reputation.
Avoid!!!
I wont return again.

Perfect location on the 3rd floor of NU Central mall. Very clean and hygienic place . Excellent ambience . Very relaxing . Foot massage on the outside and body massage on the inside of chambers. Customers would like it more . Tried the Traditional Thai massage -60 mins . So good to bring out all the pain from body. 99 MYR. Okay for the place and location.
Cons :
Staffs are okay. Could be more welcoming and sweet. Should give discounts to first time customers.
